For many years LAB Motion Systems has been a reliable partner of multiple synchrotrons all over the world. Our ultra-precision motion stages are compatible with the highest resolutions required in the 4th generation of synchrotron beamlines. Beamlines performing computed nano tomography, biomedical imaging, microscopy, diffraction and macromolecular crystallography all benefit greatly from our nanometer precision rotary stages.

Integrating rotary stages in a multi-axis motion system can be a complicated task with many variables. How do you mount the stage on a vertical stage? How do you integrate the slipring? And what will be its effect on the overall precision? We have experienced engineers who develop optimized solutions tailored to these complex synchrotron requirements. They can combine large granite linear stages, rotary stages, sliprings, XY samples stages, piezo stages up to hexapods.

We also offer you our premium motion controller that is Epics and Tango compatible. Otherwise, all LAB Motion Systems products use standard motors and encoders that are compatible with most controllers used at synchrotrons.


