LAB Motion Systems is looking for a
As Purchase Assistant, you will be responsible for the input of orders in the ERP system and for conveying them to the supplier. You will follow up the delivery and therefore will have close contact with the supplier himself as well as with the internal people of LAB Motion Systems.
Your main activities and tasks will include:
- When production is issued, make all PO’s to suppliers and follow-up, ensure all parts arrive on requested time
- Follow up running orders with suppliers
- Follow-up inbound parts (checking arrival, follow-up delivery notes)
- Ensure that all orders arrive in time
- List up delivery and order status in ERP
- Send parts to suppliers
- Assist administration
