ICT Conference 2020 in Austria
Come see our presentation at the ICT Conference in Austria!
LAB Motion Systems is sponsoring and attending the 10th Conference on Industrial Computed Tomography (iCT), 4-7 February 2020 in Wels, Austria, at the Wels Campus School of Engineering!
Our very own colleague Kurt Smets will be speaking on the benefits of High Precision Rotation Stages during the conference. Check out his presentation on Tuesday 4th February 2020, 03:26 pm, titled: “Why High Precision Rotation Stages are Important in your CT”.
Use of Industrial X-ray computed tomography (CT) has increased because of its great advantages. CT is a non-destructive method for measuring components 3-dimensionally in order to find hidden features (e.g. shrink-holes, cracks, inclusions, pores, etc.) in the depth of the material and to determine physical variables like porosity and density.
CT allows the inspection and measurement of hidden and inaccessible specimen characteristics, which is not possible with other techniques. Due to the increasing dispersion of industrial CT, the method development and application areas are growing at a fast pace.
This event will give insight into the newest developments as well as the established methods regarding CT technology. We are very happy to be part of it this year!
Have a great conference and see you soon!
